C2-C3 Evaluation
In this portion of the workshop, an extension of the Shopping for a Smartphone learning situation was presented called Smartphone Complaints. This learning situation was created for use in the ANG-4103-1 course Expressing Feelings and Opinions. Authentic student productions were provided to allow participants to evaluate C2 and C3 in the form of a collective correction. Participants used the following materials to evaluate the two competencies:
- Development of Competencies Document
- Blog Notes from Student Booklet and Master Chart from the Teacher’s Guide of the LS for the correction of C2
- Evaluation Grids for the evaluation of C2 and C3 for ANG-4103-1
- Instructional Grids for the evaluation of C2 and C3 for ANG-4103-1
Participants evaluated Vincent’s letter in the workshop, and the collective correction results were compiled and discussed. An additional student production (Camille) was provided to allow participants to practice evaluation after the workshop.
